Water Damage Cleaning & Restoration Process

Step two will include a pack-out of your contents with a complete inventory list. Your items will either be stored on site or taken to a secure location until restoration is complete. After the pack-out, we'll take moisture/humidity readings of your structure and put together a scope of work for the repairs. When the cleanup is fully complete, we will dry your premises using air movers and dehumidifiers which will include a daily monitoring service. Our construction side of the company will work with your insurance adjuster and provide you with the rebuild of your home or business to its natural state.
