We want to take this opportunity to also thank the crew that came to do the job. They were always courteous and helpful to us. We never had to worry once about the care of our home while we were away. And what a great surprise to come home after the construction and find that everything was ready for us to move in and use. All the new appliances were installed and working well.

When my house got flooded, I din't know what to do or who to call, so my neighbour recommended Gentle Steam. The crew arrived within the hour wich was a big plus to my situation. They were very kind not just to me but also to my hardwood flooring on the main floor :). They placed covers all over the floor to protected from any damage (I was just amazed). They worked very fast and kept me informed. When my insurance adjuster arrived he too was amazed by the amount of work that was done in such a short peroid of time and how carefull they were with my personal belongings. Gentle Steam came back that month to put back drywall, flooring, baseboards etc....Now I have my new basement back. All I want to say is Service and Workmanship is your high priority and I was fortunate enough to experience that. Thanks again guys and keep up the good work 🙂

Your service is the best! I was able to book an appointment and have the carpet in my new residence cleaned within a day. The results were great...the carpet looked better than I expected it too as it is very worn and had many stains. Thank you!
